Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy

Everyday Direct LTD

This policy applies to all online orders placed for Click and Collect. It is in line with UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Your statutory rights are not affected.


Click and Collect Orders

Please check your items carefully at the point of collection. Once goods have been collected, responsibility transfers to you.

If there is any issue with your order, please notify us immediately at collection or as soon as reasonably possible.


Your Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel most online purchases within 14 days of collection.

However, this right does not apply to:

  • Perishable goods

  • Fresh, chilled or frozen products

  • Sealed goods unsuitable for return for hygiene reasons once opened

  • Tobacco products

  • Alcohol and other age-restricted goods where exemption applies

Where cancellation rights apply, you must notify us within 14 days of collection. Items must be returned unused, unopened and in resaleable condition. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving returned goods.


Perishable, Chilled & Frozen Goods

For food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on fresh, chilled or frozen items once collected, unless they are faulty or not as described at the time of collection.

Please inspect these items before leaving the premises.


Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described.

If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect:

  • Inform us at collection or as soon as possible

  • We may offer a replacement, repair or refund in line with your statutory rights

  • Proof of purchase will be required

If a fault is reported within 30 days, you may be entitled to a full refund.


Age-Restricted Products

Alcohol, Tobacco and Vapes

We operate a Challenge 25 policy.

Valid photographic ID must be shown at collection. If suitable ID is not provided:

  • Age-restricted products will not be released

  • A refund will be issued for those items

  • We reserve the right to deduct reasonable handling costs

Returns are not accepted on tobacco, alcohol or vape products unless faulty.


Missed Collections

If you do not collect your order within the agreed collection window:

  • Perishable goods may be disposed of

  • Refunds may not be available for perishable items

  • Non-perishable goods may be refunded at our discretion

Please contact us as soon as possible if you cannot attend your collection slot.


Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
