By placing an order with Everyday Direct LTD, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
General
These terms apply to all orders placed via our website for click and collect. We reserve the right to update or amend these terms at any time without prior notice.
Products & Availability
All products are subject to availability. We make every effort to ensure stock levels and product information are accurate, however:

We reserve the right to cancel or amend orders if products are unavailable

Pricing & Errors
All prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
If a pricing or product description error occurs:

We reserve the right to cancel the order

You will be informed and offered a refund where applicable
Click & Collect
Orders are available for collection from our store during the selected collection window.
Customers are responsible for:

Collecting orders within the stated time

Bringing order confirmation and valid ID where required
Uncollected orders may be cancelled. Perishable items may be disposed of for food safety reasons.
Age-Restricted Products
Certain products, including alcohol, tobacco, and vaping products, are age-restricted.

Valid photographic ID is required on collection

If valid ID is not provided, the order will be refused

Refunds may be issued at our discretion, excluding handling or processing costs
Perishable & Chilled Goods
Once collected, responsibility for perishable, chilled, or frozen goods transfers to the customer.
Please ensure these items are stored appropriately after collection. We are not responsible for deterioration once items have left our premises.
Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses

Our liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
