Preparation
Hob Method: Rinse rice thoroughly under cold water. Add 1 part rice to 2 parts boiling water in a saucepan. Bring to the boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer for 10-12 minutes until water is absorbed and rice is tender. Remove from heat and let stand covered for 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork before serving.
